-Chapters 1 to 10 of the ESA Jobcentre Plus Offer guidance.
Please also provide any other additional guidance to enable JCP work coaches to determine whether:
-referrals to the work programme are appropriate and
-how to support ESA (and UC) claimants appropriately through the Jobcentre Plus Offer.
-identifying and supporting Vulnerable claimants
