Dear Customer Services,

I would like to have a timetable showing the diagrams for trams and then the services they are working for the day. For example tram 1 departs depots 05.00 goes to Grand central arriving 05.15 to form 05.20 departure to Wolverhampton and back to Grand Central at 06.30 etc etc
Tram 2 depart depot 05.10 goes to Grand Central forming 05.30 departure to Wolverhampton etc etc.

Thank you for your email requesting information under the provisions of
the Freedom of Information Act, which we received on 16 March 2019. For
ease of reference, I have set out your request followed by our response.

A timetable showing the diagrams for trams and then the services they are
working for the day:

 

The West Midlands Metro control team use a tool which allows them to
allocate individual trams from the fleet to a set of journeys each day, I
feel that this document is the closest fit to the information that you
have requested.

 

There are three sheets, which reflect the service that we operate Monday
to Friday and on Saturdays and Sundays. As a customer focussed
organisation, it is important to highlight that this is a working
document, based on the published timetable. Our control team members are
trained to adapt the service based on the individual circumstances that
are presented at any given time. For example, if a tram is removed from
service, they will manually adapt the timetable to ensure that we maintain
a frequent and consistent service for our customers, rather than leave a
gap in the service and potentially extended customer wait times.

 

Please find attached a copy of this document for each of the variances in
our timetable.

 

I trust that I have provided the information that you have requested in a

should make your request for a review within 40 working days of receipt of
this letter, and we will provide our review within 20 working days of
receipt.
