Cannock Chase Council is still operating its' hybrid working model on an
extended temporary basis and is shortly due to begin a trial of a role /
worker type model, trialling arrangements for office attendance, desk
booking etc. to inform a longer term approach.
As an estimate, approximately 75% of the Counicl's employees work
regularly from home under current arrangement, but attend the office as
