Working closely with Apple and Google?

Amanda Hart made this Freedom of Information request to Department of Health and Social Care

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was refused by Department of Health and Social Care.

Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

Background:
The BBC today published a news article quoting Matt Hancock as saying "We've agreed to join forces with Google and Apple, to bring the best bits of both systems together"

Request one of two:
Please kindly provide records of this 'agreement' for an app you have with Apple and Google, between March 2020 and the present. Apple have stated you haven't spoken with them about any of these things so we're keen to see evidence it exists.

Request two of two:
We would like to see copies of the following between March 2020 and the present...
1 Minutes of meetings your department had with Apple and Google.
2 Records of emails you sent to Apple and Google
3 Letters you sent to Apple and Google

If you don't hold them then please let us know who does.
