Workforce statistics

We're waiting for A Tabasum to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Office of the Public Guardian,

Please can you provide the following information in relations to the Operations Department at OPG:

- the turnover of employees in 16/17 and 17/18
- number of employee relation issues in 16/17 and 17/18, and how many resolved and how many unresolved
- current number of vacancies within operations department
- number of staff given TRA positions, and of those how many went on to obtain permanent promotion in 15/16, 16/17 and 17/18
- how many trainee solicitors have been taken on by the legal department over last 3 years split by gender.
