e. What is the annual cost of the payroll services provision in 2015/16?

We need to seek clarification regarding what you mean when you refer to
"Internal Bank Staff" in question 4 provided below for ease of reference.

4. Please provide the organisation's total expenditure on internal bank
staff for 2015/16 (£)

We are interpreting this to mean Casual, Zero-Hours Based Staff but would
appreciate your confirmation. 

Please can you reply within the next two weeks and in any case by 12 April
2017.
