Also, what is your workforce development budget for social care for 2013/14? How much of this, if any, is grant allocation.

For social care, details of investment in Workforce Development products and services for the year ending
2011/12 - Adults - £231,000 Children's - £257,845
2012/13 - Adults - £236,400 Children's - £283,300
Please provide the name of the product or service, name of the supplier and the amount you have spent on the following:
• Trainer-led training
- various amounts on internal / external trainers / partner agencies / local colleges and universities (Blackburn, Manchester. UCLAN, Lancaster, University of Cumbria)
- Training provided for health and safety, values and skills and professional and vocational qualifications
• Training materials / packs - provided by trainers as part of programme or done internally
• Online subscriptions - CCInform (£200 per user), College of Social Work (£40 per person)
• E-learning services - SCILS (social care) £3000 per year geographical licence for all internal and external workforce , KWANGO (safeguarding, mental health)
Workforce development budget for social care for 2013/14 - Adults - £231,000 Childrens - not yet confirmed
Grant allocation - dependent on numbers provided - newly qualified social workers (£2000 per NQSW), Social work placements - (£18 per placement day).
