Dear DWP CAXTON HOUSE Commercial Directorate Correspondence,

Your last answer "Work Programme contracts have not been extended in the way described and referrals
are due to cease on 31 March 2017. The contracts will continue to operate to May 2021
in support of participants on provision."
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/w...

My new questions

When your referrals cease on 31 March 2017, till what end date could a work programme (WP) participant be required to attend WP if referred on 30 March 2017?

Please disclose the information you hold that explains the support WP participants can have till "May 2021" and the types and nature of the support that will be mandatory or voluntary?

For my new questions above please disclose the information you have that contains the answers and not just an extract thereof, so if you have Jobcentre staff and WP provider guidance that covers this information request please disclose full copies.

Please also disclose a copy of any WP referral template letter notice given to mandatory participants referring them to WP issued during During 2016.

When claimants got referred on a compulsory basis to WP in November 2016 what month and year can they be required to attend WP until?

For a mandatory WP participant referred in the future what is the absolute final date and year they and any other can be required to attend?

Yours sincerely,

Ian Wolf
