The WP was specified as "To develop the Code4Health OpeneObs product, based on the Apperta Foundation gold standard Open eObs github repository to; "

Please provide the materials procured, such as links, documents, code etc of all developments undertaken as evidence that this work was carried out:
- Develop, Integrate Open eObs with the Community Innovation Portal
- Develop, Integrate and Implement Open eObs with Cheshir eWirral Partnership (CWP) NHS Foundation Trust systems as a two monthpilot to meet CWP pilot specification.

The WP specifies that all developments undertaken are to be released as part of the implementation in the Apperta Foundation Open eObs Github Repository
following the Apperta Foundation standard product release licence, copyright and terms and condition requirements

Dear Andrew Roberts,

We are writing to acknowledge that your request for information was
received by NHS Digital on 14th April 2021 and is currently being

release the information to you.

require your response in any other format, please contact us to discuss a
suitable format.

NHS Digital will not normally charge a fee to provide you with the
information you have requested, unless the cost of dealing with your
request is more than £450 as outlined in Section 12 of the FOI Act and
Section 3 of the The FOI and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees)
Regulations 2004. If it appears likely that your request will cost more,
then NHS Digital is able to refuse to supply the information.  As per our
obligations under Section 16 of the FOI Act, every effort will be made to
provide you with details of how you may be able to reframe your request in
order for us to complete the required work within the (£450 / 18 person
hours) cost limit.

NHS Digital have considered this and have decided that we must exempt your request under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) as providing the information would exceed the cost limit as set out in this exemption under the FOIA.

NHS Digital are unable to demonstrate that the work was completed/received/accepted.

They suggest that "as evidence of completion of the programme, we can signpost you to the GitHub repository where the outputs from the programme are held https://github.com/openeobs/openeobs. This link is to
an e-observation and ward management tool for Acute Mental Health Hospitals."
