Please email me details of the "certain trials" alluded to above [who ran them, Jobcentres involved, geographical location and start/end dates of the trails, links/urls to contracts/tenders/specifications/evaluations] and exactly what the "preferred methods of contact" and forms of "multi-channel engagement" had been.

"This Case Study text has been removed as the employer has only granted limited permission to use the information within DWP products" has no basis under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and as such you are required to disclose the redacted information connected to the statement, as you have not claimed or cited any FOIA exemption(s) for the study redactions.

In Doc 9 material has been removed citing:
"This Case Study text has been removed as the employer has only granted limited permission to use the information within DWP products."
That doesn't reference, or apparently relate to, an exemption in the Freedom of Information Act.
