Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
I was advised in nov 2020 following a telephone assesment that I would need a further face to face work capability assessment, I provided all necessary documents provided by consultants etc on my conditions. I believe I am entitled to the element that deems me unfit for work as does my consultant, who has provided a supporting letter. I am still awaiting a face to face assessment. Like millions I am in a very difficult situation as I am unable to work due to my disabilities the anxiety and worry of the wait and the unknown is impacting on me both mentally and physically. I've not had a copy of the last assesment and I am unsure as to why I need a face to face, however my question is ,Are there any updates as to when myself and others in my situation might recieve an assesment ?
