I would be grateful if you would provide the following information
under the FOI Act and the FOI Act clauses in your Flexible New Deal
Contract with A4e.

The names of the organisations that have provided work boost
placements over the past 12 months to A4e customers, from it's
placement department at Whittington House 764-768 Holloway Road.
Postcode. N19 3JQ.
