Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Work and Health Programme Provider Guidance'.

Thanks for your reply, that did not dislcose the information I requested be sent to my @whatdotheyknow.com email address asap. You imply in your FoI 2540 response to my request of 22 June 2017 that the information I have requested cannot be sent to me by email because
it is "currently being updated".

Please advise me of the exact date this decision was made for the information to be "updated" and why you have not been able to supply the information requested in it's 'as-is' state on the date of my request?

Please disclose a copy of information held that confirms there was no public access to the requested information on 22 June 2017.

Please email me a copy of the information I requested before any decision was made to update it and email me a copy of all the WHP provider guidance accessible via https://dwp.bravosolution.co.uk on the 28 April 2017, as in your response to S. Gwilliam (Your Ref: FoI 1862) on 26 May 2017 https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/4... you stated it was accessible via https://dwp.bravosolution.co.uk

Please disclose the information's being requested in the original format and not converted to PDF.

What was the precise date you claim to have removed guidance I requested on 22 June 2017 from https://dwp.bravosolution.co.uk? If you removed the information I requested after 22 June 2017 from https://dwp.bravosolution.co.uk please explain why you did not email it to me, as required by the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).?

Please also explain with informaiton held why the DWP consider information located on https://dwp.bravosolution.co.uk when requested by a member of the public to be sent to them by email through an FOIA can be refused for FOIA purposes. The DWP seem to consider information on https://dwp.bravosolution.co.uk is in the public domain, is that correct? This is despite https://dwp.bravosolution.co.uk requires any FOIA requester to register on the site and agree to the site's
