Woodside Area CIC owned by wirral chamber

Bill Crutchley made this Freedom of Information request to Merseytravel This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Merseytravel,

How much owed by Woodside Area CIC (for using the building and the sales deal between you for food and drink sales ) has been written off by Merseytravel between 2019 and 2023 and why ?

When Pausha Ltd took over all alcohol sales at Woodside did Merseytravel see the amounts paid to it go down?

Yours faithfully,

Bill Crutchley

Good Evening,

Thank you for your recent request made under the Freedom of Information
Act. Please find Merseytravel’s response to your enquiry below.

We can confirm that since the lease commenced between Merseytravel and
Woodside CIC, no amount has been written off by Merseytravel between 2019
and 2023. Merseytravel has no direct arrangement with Pausha Ltd. We
understand this to be a concession within the Woodside Ferry Village and
therefore do not hold any information relating to when it opened or closed
– this will reside with Woodside CIC.

I trust that this information is of interest to you.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review, which should be addressed to:

Mrs Louise Outram
