Woodfield Industries Ltd's commercial services

Edgar Russell made this Freedom of Information request to Nottingham City Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Nottingham City Council,

1. In your FOI response of 14 August 2015 you state "Woodfield Industries is not and has never been a health and safety equipment sales company".

I find this hard to reconcile with the Personal Protective Equipment catalogue
(http://www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk/CHttpHa...) advertised on Nottingham City Council's webpage for Woodfield Industries. This includes office first aid kits and safety glasses, which are healthy and safety equipment. The existence of a catalogue strongly suggests they are being sold. Please clarify why an apparent inconsistency exists between the FOI response and the contents of Nottingham City Council's webpage.

2. Please provide a list of all commercial services currently offered by Woodfield Industries Ltd. Commercial services should be understood to mean any activity which is undertaken in the expectation remuneration will occur in exchange for the products, work or services provided.

3. Please provide a list of all commercial services offered by Woodfield Industries Ltd since 1st January 2006, which are not listed in the response to question 2.

4. Please list each of the years since 2006 that Woodfield Industries Ltd has produced a profit at the end of the financial year.

Yours faithfully,

Edgar Russell

Nottingham City Council

Nice to say sorry about the delay. The section 8 bit baffled me as I read the other request on this website.
