Wirral Waters section 106 agreement

The request was refused by Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council.

ScarletPimpernel

Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,

In 2013 Wirral Council paid two amounts of £12,000 and £9,577.20 to Eversheds LLP (although some of these amounts were paid by Peel Land and Property (Ports) Limited) for professional fees relating to the section 106 agreement for the Wirral Waters planning application.

In response to this FOI request (which as it falls within the definition of "environmental information" I presume it'll be considered under the Environmental Information Regulations), please could you provide a copy of the section 106 agreement between Wirral Council and Peel in relation to the "Wirral Waters" planning application.

P.S. If there is more than one "Wirral Waters" planning application and associated s.106 agreement, then for clarification this request is for the s.106 agreement associated with the invoices referred to at the start of this request.

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

John Brace
