Cabinet Office did not have the information requested.

Dear Cabinet Office,

I am writing to make a Freedom of Information Act request to the Cabinet Office for any and all information held that relates to the disclosure of the Windsor Agreement, in part or in full, including draft texts, to the Leader of the Opposition including anyone acting as an agent, conduit, or on behalf of Mr Starmer prior to 26 February 2023.

I request that any and all relevant materials be provided to me in an electronic format, preferably via email. Such materials may include minutes of meetings, diary entries, handwritten notes, email or WhatsApp communications, and any other pertinent documents or materials.

For the avoidance of doubt, I do not require a copy of the Windsor Agreement including any draft texts or negotiations with the European Union.

Please note that I understand the Cabinet Office is required to respond to my request within 20 working days from the date of this email, which is April 26th, 2023. If any exemptions are engaged, please provide this information to me as soon as possible.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
