Dear FOI at PHE,
Thank you for your reply.

Gaynor Kenyon, Corporate Affairs Director,United Utilities has advised my MP that United Utilities are in discussion with P.H.E. over the impact of the pipeline works on fluoridation arrangements at Williamsgate.

I am therefore repeating my questions 1 and 2 in order for you to provide me with a fuller response with copies of any correspondence and transcripts of phone conversations which have taken place on the subject.

Ms. Gaynor has also advised that United Utilities is directed by Public Health England in this matter ,including any procedural matters ,on behalf of the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care which seems to contradict what has been indicated in your reply.

Do Public Health England instruct and/or direct United Utilities in any matters relating to the Williamsgate ?

Yours sincerely,

Paul Carr
