Dear Liverpool City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Liverpool City Council's handling of my FOI request 'William Brown Street L3 8EN - Parking tickets April 2016'.

In view of previous requests being actioned by LCC I find it odd that they are now being refused. I appreciate that asking for information on a day by day case is unwieldy, therefore I changed the requests to a month by month basis.

My requests are being now being refused, despite a precedent being set in releasing information. It seems odd that the refusals only started after I asked St Georges Hall for a full list of acts/events over a 12 month period. Which apparently isn't available.

It is my contention that the refusals are an alleged deliberate attempt to prevent information being gathered in relation to alleged misleading of motorists on William Brown Street. LCC has the information, therefore, you should release it. If the information held doesn't show a pattern of PCN being issued at a specific time of day then what is there to be concerned about?

LCC have a legal obligation to comply with my requests and not obstruct my requests any further.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/w...

Yours faithfully,

Wayne Tully
