Captain Bryn Wayt

Dear Main Honours Advisory Committee,

Under the FoI Act 2000 I would like to see any papers/documents or correspondence that exists showing why Baroness Uddin has been allowed to keep her title - given that she has overtly broken two of the criteria.

Has any correspondence been raised between your Committee and Baroness Uddin, or the House of Lords, in respect of the question of removing her title?

Yours faithfully,

Captain Bryn Wayt

Main Honours Advisory Committee

Dear Mrs Vagg,

Thank you very much indeed for your clear, concise and most correct response.

I am sorry to have taken up so much of your time on the matter, and I am most obliged for your patient reply which satisfies my question - but understandably, does not solve the 'problem' of this Peer tainting the House of Lords.

Kind wishes,

Yours sincerely,

Captain Bryn Wayt
