Why can't OISC help people in immigration matters while the member of OISC solicitor's are ruining people's future?

Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner did not have the information requested.

Dear Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner,

I have been the victim of my solicitor's negligence and as a result I have overstayed but at the time I was unaware that I had overstayed. before realizing that I made an application with Home Office so that the time required to prepare for my student visa is legalized stay. my employer requested about my right to work with the Employer checking service. I found out that I have already overstayed what I was trying not to do and I did what I could do best of my knowledge to avoid overstaying.
But I know that any application I make now will be refused. But I am and have been a genuine student. The solicitors are Immigration Specialist, so I went to them and because of them now I am suffering. Why should it be like that? I can't see what I have done wrong. I have been in touch with OISC,SRA and Legal Ombudsman. But it will take time for them to investigate.
In the meantime, why can't OISC get in touch with home office and help me out with my student visa. Those solicitor's are doing business as usual god knows how many lives they r ruining and how much tax they are avoiding. but they are still in UK and I am the one to sent down. I am not ready to accept this unfairness.
I sent a re-consideration to home office but that was rejected as well. and I m preparing to progress with my student visa but there is no hope. If I m to leave then where is justice and fairness in this at all?

Yours faithfully,

M Rahman
