Why are the Insolvency Service allowing Nickolas Rimes of Rimes&co to practice as an IP without looking into his affairs after being made aware of numerous concerns?
Dear Insolvency Service,
the Insolvency service were presented with evidence regarding the poor conduct of Nickolas Rimes and his staff at Rimes&co in relation to their client Michael Harris. Despite concerns being made known the Insolvency service have been extremely evasive with regards to Mr Harris' complaints and concerns. I require details of any complaints made against Nickolas Rimes and his company Rimes&co.
Yours faithfully,
J. Markham
