The WHSCT Personal and Public Involvement STRATEGY and ACTION PLAN APRIL 2012 lists under Strategic Theme 3 PPI in Service Planning, Evaluation and service design, in section Communication, the following action:
" (To) provide an explanation of our services and management structures through a variety of media...on an annual basis."
Please provide me with an organisational (hierarchical) chart showing names, titles, roles and responsibilities of all management, professional and administrative staff currently employed in the mental health subdirectorate under the directorate of Mr. Trevor Millar as director of adult mental health and disability within WHSCT.
