Who is the person responsible for the late showing of BBC News at Ten all this week.

The request was refused by British Broadcasting Corporation.

Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,
Why do you now show News at Ten at 3'.35" past instead of 10 p.m. precisely. Apparently you want to force us to watch the garbage programme that you put on earlier AND force us to watch promo's for even more rubbish programmes. The BBC has a responsibility to provide us with reliable news at the time that is scheduled. It is supposed to be non-commercial - that's why we pay a licence fee. You have treated us viewers with utter contempt.

Yours faithfully,
M.Webster

Dear FOI Enquiries,
The BBC has refused my request for the name of the person who deliberately made the News at Ten late all week so that the BBC could show more promo's and coerce people into watching programmes that they hadn't intended to. Particularly as some of these programmes had offensive language. It also meant that the BBC news channel (which synchronizes with News at Ten) showed up to 5 minutes of adverts (i.e. promo's) until the News came on. It's supposed to be a 'non-commercial' channel.
So who is responsible ?

Yours sincerely,

Martyn Webster
