Please can you tell me who owns the Road in Summer Close , Adur Council or
West Sussex County Council please.
Response:
Almost all the roads in Adur and Worthing are maintained by West Sussex
County Council's Highways department. This means they are responsible for
general maintenance of roads and pavements, as well as winter road
maintenance and gritting.
According to our records, Summer Close, Southwick is maintained by West
Sussex County Council.
We hope this is sufficient for your purposes.
