Can the council please confirm Who is Paying for the Bouncer/Doorman at Porth Eirias?
The doorman is currently stopping people going in to the Cafe and Toilets.
Is the security protecting the whole area?
or just the bistro which is a private company?
and who is paying for this security?

Good Afternoon
Thank you for contacting Conwy County Borough Council with you your
request for information. I can confirm that the member of staff in
question is being paid by Venue Cymru because he is currently redeployed
into Porth Eirias to help with COVID related pressures within the service.
He is assisting with managing the flow in and out of the building for all
building tenants and users.
