How is it possible for Mid Kent Services and their Revenues department, which was created through the Mid Kent Improvement Partnership (a collaboration of Council CEOs and Leaders working together to apparently save money and to also make a profit for each Council within the partnership, by providing services) to have their own data protection email when they are not a Data Controller.

How many DSARs have been treated as FOIR by Mid Kent Services Revenues department no wonder they stopped using this email from 28.1.2021 and who should not have been adding this to billing statements.
