Who is behind the 'HomesforPB' leaflets regarding the Potters Bar Golf Course site redevelopment

We're waiting for Jeremy Silverstone to read a recent response and update the status.

Jeremy Silverstone

Dear Hertsmere Borough Council,

I have today received a leaflet urging me to support the building of hundreds of houses on the site of the now-defunct Potters Bar Golf Club.

I would like to know:

1. Who is responsible for this campaign (they clearly wish to remain anonymous)

2. Whether any members of the local Labour Party or any elected local Councillors are involved in any way with this campaign?

3. If so, who are they?

4. Who paid for the leaflets to be produced and distributed?

5. What organisation distributed the leaflets?

6. And finally, in a time of national lockdown, can you confirm that it is illegal for leaflets to be distributed by any organisation other than the Royal Mail?

Yours faithfully,

Jeremy Silverstone
