Who has been officially authorised to represent the UK at the Working Group for amendments to the International Health Regulations

Waiting for an internal review by Department of Health and Social Care of their handling of this request.

Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

I request the names and contact information of all the people who have been officially authorised to participate in the negotiations being conducted by the Working Group for amendments to the International Health Regulations (WGIHR)

I request any and all official Letters of Delegation of Authority which authorised any employee of the Department of Health and Social Care (or any non-government employee) to officially represent the United Kingdom in the negotiations being conducted by the WGIHR regarding the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations.

If such delegation is not done by yourselves, please point me at the agency/department which is responsible for it.

Also, I believe that any such Letter of Delegation of Authority must have been published on gov.uk, so I also request all links to any such official publications.

Yours faithfully,

Nik Mitev

Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department of Health and Social Care's handling of my FOI request 'Who has been officially authorised to represent the UK at the Working Group for amendments to the International Health Regulations'.

I am requesting very basic information about persons officially working on behalf of the public. It is clearly in the public interest that we know who the people that have been selected to legally represent us are. It is the case, by default, for every public service position where anonymity is not a reasonable requirement of the job.
I am asking that you please reconsider your decision to withhold information for privacy reasons, or provide your reasoning as to why a representative of the UK at the Working Group for amendments to the International Health Regulations should have a requirement to anonymity similar to that of an intelligence operative.
