Who gave the order not to back up the Windrush landing papers?
Dear Home Office,
Is it not standard practice in the Civil Service to BACK UP all documents to microfiche or digital media prior to destru tion? So who gave the order NOT to back up the Windrush Landing Papers and when?
Yours faithfully,
Andrew Jenkinson
