Who can Issue Magistrates Summons

3) A direct quote of the law, statute, rule or regulation that explicitly specifies which organisations can lawfully issue a magistrates summons

4) A web link or public resource indicating your source material used in obtaining the above information

5) What information a lawful summons must contain

6) The process by which a person can verify the lawfulness or legality of a magistrates summons

7) Whether it is an offence to unlawfully produce a magistrates summons

8) Whether it is an offence to unlawfully issue a magistrates summons

9) If an offence is committed when a person unlawfully produces or issues a magistrates summons, under what law is this offence punishable
