Dear Mr O'Gorman

Further to your request of 26 June 2018 in which you asked:

"... would you please tell me who was present when the plans for development of girtell court --we know conservatives councilliors were present and people from alpha living --would like to know what labour councilliors were present --when talk about homes england was mentioned and the sum of 4.6 million pounds"

In response to your query we can confirm that Alpha Living arranged a meeting with all three ward Councillors for the Moreton West and Saughall Massie ward (where this potential development is located), together with the Council's Cabinet Member for Housing and Planning, Cllr George Davies. This meeting was followed by a public consultation event which was open to any member of the public or Councillor from any other ward who might have wished to attend.

We trust this answers your enquiry.

Yours sincerely
