Please can you clarify what you mean by “ appeals”.  Is this in regards to
appeals to the Tribunal or a representation ( formal appeal) by the
appellant, as these are two different stages of  the appeals process.

 

Until we receive your response, it will not be possible to process your
request. 

If we do not receive a response within 3 months your request will be
considered closed. Under Section 1 (3) of the FOIA, a public authority
does not have to comply with a request unless any further information
reasonably required to locate the information is supplied.

To clarify I am looking for two bits of information

1: The number for successful appeals that were made to Coventry Council regarding the Whittle Arch PCN,s that were then dismissed and not payable

2: The number of appeals that went to outside independent adjudication that were then dismissed meaning the appeal was successful.
