Dear T Holden,

I would like to request an internal review of your refusal to supply the requested emails.

In calculating the time a request would take, the law only permits you to include the time take to locate and retrieve the information. As the request is limited to only emails to and from the organisers, this should not take long. Furthermore you have clearly located the information, as you state the number of emails.

Time taken in considering exemptions or redacting information is not allowed to be considered when calculating if a request would exceed the cost limits.

Yours sincerely,

Mr Williams

Dear T Holden,

The copy of the TTO supplied appears to be missing the referenced plans. Please supply these without delay.

Yours sincerely,

Mr Williams
