Dear Foreign and Commonwealth Office,
What is the total sum of funding; including money, equipment, materials and resources, that the British Government has provided to the White Helmets, also known as Syria Civil Defence (SCD) either directly, or via any channels? This FOI question concerns any and all time periods. Thank you.

I am appalled at this massive give away of taxpayers money to an organisation that has had some very bad reports.

"As of 31 March 2018, the total sum of funding that the British Government has supplied to the White Helmets is £38,425,591." That is massively more than I imagined it to be! What a shock to many people.
