Dear Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council,
Can you please provide following information:
- number of whistleblowing complaints against Sandwell LA maintained schools since 1 January 2023
- the nature of these complaints, i.e. bullying, h&s, financial irregularity
- the number of on site visits to review/investigate the complaint
- number of current running investigations and nature
- rationale for no site visits if its a financial irregularity complaint
- detail of measure brought for each complaint, if any (not referencing actual individuals)
- list of schools complaints brought against
