Re: Freedom of Information Request – FOI 13432 Bell, A, Whistleblowing

I am writing in response to your request for information, which was
received on 01/09/2023.

Please find below the details of your request, with the response.

Enquiry

 1. The number of concerns that have been raised with the council by
whistleblowers during the past 3 calendar years.

        For clarity, I am interested in concerns raised by employees,
members, agency staff or third-party contractors.

        I would like this information broken down by calendar year if
possible, but a breakdown by financial year would also be acceptable.

Response

 1. 2020 – 8 (although 6 of the informants were reporting concerns about
the same issue)
 2. 2021 – 2
 3. 2022 – 2

If you wish to discuss any of the above, please contact me. Please

If you are unhappy with the service you have received and would like a
formal review of our response, you can write to the Information Rights

If you are not content with the outcome of your review, you can make a
