Dear DfE FOI,
I am disappointed with your continual poor level of compliance with the relevant acts. I do not feel this request is complex or the volume of a level that would require additional time. I do not believe a reasonable person would come to the conclusion of your department.
It seems again your department is unduly delaying the release of information. Which is ironic as this request deals with information your department released to a separate request in several days.
I shall expect a response within the legal timeframe of twenty working days or this will be another request which will receive an official complaint to the information commissioners office. Again legal action my be take to enforce the release of the information. It will be a great value to squeeze all the requests into one court filing.
Yours sincerely,
Gary Clarke

Dear DfE FOI,
The advice from the ICO is that the review must be complete as soon as possible. Can you confirm why the review has not been completed as soon as possible and why it appears it would be taking the full 40 working days.
"Under Environmental Regulations Information there is a legal requirement that internal reviews must be carried out as soon as possible and within 40 working days"
Yours sincerely,
Gary Clarke
