Whistblowing
Dear Buckinghamshire Council,
I raised whistblowing concerns in 2021 which were then escalated to an IIO KM.
A draft report was released to me after much chasing. Eventually after taking further escalation and action by myself and MP the actual recommendations were released.
Please can you confirm all the recommendations in the report were actioned. Please confirm which reports they were and the outcomes. I was not requested further information and was not permitted to speak with the IIO which was not best practice.
Yours faithfully,
Sarah Leighton
