Which form do I use the FLR(M) or SET(M)
Dear Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner,
I am a American citizen who is married to a British citizen and have been settled in the UK for 2 years. The previous application I filled out from the US was granted June 2011 as a spouse visa and is valid until September 2013. I am confused as to which form I need to fill out now, the FLR(M) or the SET(M)?? I am currently in the UK. I have read both forms repeatedly and cannot ascertain which is the correct one for me. Please advise,
Yours faithfully,
Jessica M.
