Which court deals with the following cases.

The request was refused by Ministry of Justice.

Dear Ministry of Justice,

1) Could you please tell the public What is/are the appropriate courts which has/have jurisdiction on a matter of contracts (receiving funding ) of more than 1million between, a Registered company and a Government Department and in London?

2) Does the Queen Bench Division in Strand London has jurisdiction to deal with such a contract case as described above? please explain?

3) If no! in case they receive such a case what line of action they ought to take in order to ensure that the case get to the correct jurisdiction.

4)If they fail to put the case into the correct jurisdiction and deal with it and because of the inexperience of their Matter's in this kind of cases and a party realise that the inexperience of this court has caused them to take a wrong decision, will that decision be void ab nitio.?
If no! please explain?

5) If a claim is brought to the country court for less than £100,000 and the counterclaim is about clause to £700,000. Is the county court obliged to transfer the case to the high court of deal with the claim and where necessary has the authority to enter a judgment that may be clause to £700,000.?
