Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for responding to my request so promptly - I know these requests can be challenging to deal with.

The 'security infrastructure provider' is the main party responsible for supplying a university with their security systems - both hardware and software (such as card readers, management systems for campus cards etc).

Sometimes this is done in-house but, in my experience, there is usually a single large third-party provider which covers the majority of an institution's security requirements. Examples include: Gallagher Security, HiD, SALTO and so on.

I would like to know which company (if any) is responsible for supplying the university with security hardware and software (the security infrastructure). If you need any further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Yours sincerely,

K York
