Where stallholders money is being spent

We're waiting for A Smith to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Derbyshire County Council,
myself and a number of other traders from Glossop indoor & outdoor market are extremely concerned that the money we pay in rent & fees is not being spent appropriately. These concerns stem from the fact that the market is in a state of disrepair and we have had numerous complaints from the public that the market is old, dirty and uninviting. As a group of individuals paying rent we are under the impression that there are more than enough funds to spend on improving the market but as aforementioned we feel that the money is not being put to good use.
We would appreciate a breakdown on the costs of the market and where the money is going.
Yours faithfully,
A. Smith
