When will the “COVID vaccines” complete Phase 3 clinical trials?

Scottish Government did not have the information requested.

Dear Scottish Government,

The treatment of children with “vaccines” that have not completed phase 3 clinical studies for safety and efficacy, when effective treatments with well established safety profiles already exist for the treatment of the disease, raises serious ethical issues (e.g. informed consent, the Nuremberg Code, UNCRC).
As a FOISA 2002 request please provide the recorded dates (or recorded estimated dates) when the following “COVID vaccines" are anticipated to complete Phase 3 clinical trials:
1. mRNA-1273 (Moderna)
2. BNT162b2 (Pfizer/BioNTech)
3. AZD1222 (Oxford/AstraZeneca)

Yours faithfully,

J Grove

Dear Scottish Government,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Scottish Government's handling of my FOI request 'When will the “COVID vaccines” complete Phase 3 clinical trials?'.

Thanks for the provision of the section 17(1) exemption that the information requested is not recorded.

I am dissatisfied with this response as the information simply must be recorded on Scottish Government systems. This internal review is to request that the Scottish Government re-checks it's systems and performs a more in-depth searches.

The Scottish Government should reasonably know that the incidents of death in children from COVID-19, where COVID-19 is recorded on the death certificate, is recorded by the National Records of Scotland (NRS). The information on deaths of children in Scotland “involving COVID-19” to date is approximately one child/young person per 3 year age range and it would appear that children without underlying health conditions are not killed by “COVID-19".

Despite the paucity of child deaths from COVID-19 the Scottish Government intends to roll out a “vaccination” program medicating children with genetic modified messenger ribose nucleic acid (mRNA) genetic therapies (or potentially a chimpanzee adenovirus DNA therapy) that are still in the experimental stage and have not completed the phase 3 clinical trials that are required for full regulatory approval of small molecule or biopolymer drugs (which is what the “COVID vaccines” are).

Given that the Scottish Government (Scottish Ministers) in the devolved Health Directorate (and Children and Families Directorate) must be involved in the process of formulating the documentation for “informed consent" that 12 to 17 year olds must give prior to taking an emergency use authorised medication then it is unimaginable that there would not be, at the very minimum, be an estimated date when the “COVID-19 vaccine" medications will have completed phase 3 testing. In short children in Scotland require this phase 3 testing information prior to giving “informed consent" therefore the Scottish Government (Scottish Ministers), logically, must hold this information.

This internal review request challenges the section 17(1) exemption that was applied and I want the Scottish Government to search it's systems again for the information that simply must be recorded on it's systems.

Thanks for conducting this internal review.
