‘In January 2019 the Ombudsman reported to PACAC regarding the status of
the historic cases submitted to him by PHSOtheFACTS in October 2017.

 

1. Please provide any communication between the Ombudsman (or PHSO) and
PACAC in January 2019 regarding historic cases.

 

2. Please provide any reply or response from PACAC.’

Regarding your response, it is known from a previous FOI request that correspondence was sent to Sir Bernard Jenkin from Mr Behrens and Mr Behrens stated in an email that it was sent in January. That email can be seen in the body of this Freedom of Information request.

Could you please expand your search to provide that correspondence and any replies and further correspondence on the subject. Presumably the correspondence was not sent in a private capacity.
