What policy does Haringey Council use to decide the funding for each of the Borough’s libraries?

We're waiting for Martin Ball to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Haringey Borough Council,

1) Please provide the current guidelines or relevant policy document which sets out how the level of issuedi tems - such as books and audio-visual material - in the borough’s library stock is used to inform the level of funding allocated to each library.

2) Please provide the current guidelines or relevant policy document which sets out how the information that Haringey Council collates on visitor numbers for each library is used to inform the level of funding allocated to each library.

If these documents are available online, then simply provide the link.
