What percentage and cost of the NHS clinical negligence legal fees bill has been paid out to those that have incurred injuries or death from mental health medications or ECT?

The request was refused by Department of Health and Social Care.

Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

In relation to the Freedom of Information request on the clinical negligence legal fees bill paid out by the NHS which also says "Estimates published last year put the total cost of outstanding compensation claims at £83bn." in this BBC article: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-51180944

What percentage (and cost) of that figure has been paid out to people that have incurred injuries or death from mental health medications or Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT)?

Yours faithfully,

Daryl Brown
