What measures do we have in place to stop Corporates/Billionares from corrupting our so called medical experts

The request was partially successful.

Dear Prime Minister's Office,

Obviously the Prime Minister has to listen to appointed Medical Experts.

What data do we have on measures that are in place to stop corrupted medical experts including Chief Medical Officers from pushing corporate agendas rather than working impartially and focusing purely on factual evidence/data.

If a Chief Medical Officer is found to be not working impartially and pushing an agenda for example a Corporate in the vaccine industry following being funded to the tune of millions by the same. What is the protocol? Is it instant dismissal?

Thankyou in advance for this data

Kind Regards,
