Dear Mr O’Gorman

Your email of 5 February 2019 has been forwarded to me to undertake an
internal review of the way in which your original request for information
was handled.

Your email states you are dissatisfied with the information provided as
“…the information is not in the area asked for “

I have referred the matter back to our Environmental Services team and
they have advised that we are unable to offer any further information
regarding the air pollution levels at the bungalows on Saughall Massie
Road.  We do not undertake air pollution monitoring at this specific
location and therefore do not hold any information as to the air pollution
levels.   The locations of the 2 nearest monitoring stations, where we do
hold data on air pollution levels, were provided in the original response.

Unfortunately there is no further information held in response to your
enquiry.  Should you wish to discuss Air Quality or raise concerns / ideas
in any further detail, our environmental health officers would be happy to
discuss matters with you directly. In the first instance the most
appropriate email address to use is [1][email address]

We hope this clarifies matters.  If you remain dissatisfied with our
response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner who can be
contacted at [2]https://ico.org.uk/global/contact-us/

Yours sincerely

Dear InfoMgr, FinDMT,
a test on saughall massie road area ch49 4qn should have been included when granting permission for fire station --as this was one of the objections that it would increase pollution levels -so there was a study carried out --and as the new fire station is about 60 meters from my property the levels will roughly be the same -can you now look up what they are

Yours sincerely,
