Dear Powys County Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Powys County Council's handling of my FOI request 'What information did Powys supply to the survey "Local authorities' approaches to council tax debt recovery in Wales".'.
Which official, or officials, by position, responded to the phone inquiry about Council Tax enforcement?
Which official, or officials, by position were responsible for the securing of attachment of earning orders 2014 to 2018?
What is the total number of Attachment Orders, not just the completed or current ones alone?
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/w...
Yours faithfully,
John Hurst
Dear Mr Hurst
As your initial request did not ask for this information we will treat this as a new request and issue a new reference number for you.
The second request you made about attachment of earning orders was responded to under reference F2018-0274 and as you have expressed dissatisfaction regarding this response we will undertake an Internal Review on this aspect alone.
Information Compliance Team
